Hello and welcome! Do you and/or your children suffer from trauma, grief/loss, depression/anxiety, or disturbing memories? Are you a foster parent/foster child? Have you experienced adoption yourself or adopted a child? I have experience working with individuals of all ages, including young children, adolescents, teenagers, and adults.

I am an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) who is committed to the belief that children and adults alike are inherently resourceful and experts in their own lives, even on those occasions when they feel overwhelmed and in need of help. In my practice it is an honor to walk alongside my clients, caregivers, and families to generate solutions and embrace hope.

I am also a Registered Play Therapist. I believe play therapy is the most effective form of counseling for children, as play is their form of emotional expression. I utilize talk and/or play therapy for my teens and adults depending on what they need or want. My office is a judgement-free space, and my passion is helping children & families create the best relationships possible.
